Exceptional place to take your reptiles. So happy to have a Dr local that sees reptiles and actually owns them herself. Staff is always friendly and welcoming and great with my animals.

I’ve had a hard time finding a vet that I felt like actually cared about my dog and that wasn’t just pushing us out to get the next pet in. Here I really feel like they actually care about your animal and giving them the best care. They’re transparent and keep you informed every step of the way. They’re knowledgable and patient. I will be bringing any future pets I have here as well!

Staff was extremely helpful and treated my dog Cinnamon with love and respect. They happily answered any questions I had and created a comfortable environment for both my dog and I. 10/10 would recommend.

My young brother cats have had severe dental problems, probably genetic (since they are related and have had these issues since they were just a year old). One has already had all his teeth out. The other had more than half of them extracted when I moved to the Gulf Coast and needed to have him looked at. I had noticed he had red gums, followed by apparent pain while eating sometimes. Sure enough, he needed to have three MORE teeth out. It wasn't the news I wanted, because recovery from molar extraction can be an ordeal, and in my case, my other cat had shown aggression to this one for several days after his first dental surgery. Suffice it to say that I was dreading this. But the staff at this clinic made the surgery a much better experience for us all. They gave the patient what he needed for anesthesia but nothing excessive (my old clinic had used... some pretty hard drugs, let's say, which caused both my boys to have no inhibitions or boundaries for 24 hours), so he was back to his usual self quickly. His brother hissed a bit, but it only lasted ~24 hours rather than almost 5 days (probably a consequence of the medication choices!). There were no post-op complications, and best of all, the cost of the surgery was LESS THAN HALF of what I'd been paying for this type of treatment. My cats have a tendency to get stressed and soil their carriers. The staff at this clinic have been very understanding of this situation and even find humor in it. They also wrote me a prescription for an online pharmacy to save money on their monthly anti-parasite topical, which is very important -- even for indoor cats -- in such a mosquito-ridden area. It's important to remember that vet clinics have to work with third-party partners, including pharmacies, lab companies, and drug companies, among others. Some of these companies essentially have monopolies (I believe this is particularly true for lab work), and others charge very high prices for rental or purchase of their equipment. It's like a human hospital; the doctor is not necessarily setting the cost of lab work or an equipment procedure, but rather a third-party company. It stinks; don't get me wrong, but it isn't the doctor's fault. But this is more to comment on other reviews than on anything I personally have experienced here. Bottom line, The Pet Clinic is full of friendly people who try to work with you and your personal needs, because they don't want a customer's finances to cause a pet not to get the care it needs.
